Professional, supportive and thorough.

I've been very impressed with how on the ball and thorough the customer service team have been as regards setting up my car insurance - when there was something they needed to clarify, they rang ME to sort it out and confirm details and took extra care to make sure it was the right car insurance for me, and made sure to follow up with confirmation emails of our conversation afterwards. I've never had such a thorough interaction with an insurance company before! The agent was so polite and explained everything simply and reassuringly. Reviewed on: 13th October 2026

AA BEAM - good value for money

I have combined car insurance and breakdown cover with AA BEAM; simple and straightforward to use esp with the app. Customer service responds to emails promptly and helps sort out any issues out pretty quickly and in a friendly manner. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026
