Cheap, Solid, Not Fast!

Endsleigh offered the cheapest policy for me by far this year, which is why I went with them. However, I did actually have to make a claim against my insurance for the first time ever, and while the initial claim was processed quickly and the call centres were UK based with good service, the actual process of the garage fixing my car took forever -- about 2 weeks.
