I was badly treated by Endsleigh, to the extent that I cancelled my policy although it had some months to run. A refund was promised but never materialised and I was so pleased to be rid of them that I did not pursue it.

I was sceptical at first but I was soon convinced that moving to Chase was a good idea. It is perfect and so easy to deal with. Top marks!
