Replaced stolen Laptop

Easy to use

I've always had Endsleigh for my home insurance, ever since I was a student. I find that the whole process is always very easy to do when signing up. I like the fact that they contact you in good time before the policy expires. However, I've never had to claim on the home insurance, so if I had have done, I'm not sure whether I'd still recommend - I don't know how decent they are when you have to claim. Not Very Helpful

After I cancelled my insurance and wanted to renew again for a couple of weeks I was told I had to start a new policy from scratch. No cooling period or assistant in any way despite having never claimed and always paid on time. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

Awful, and rip-off merchant money grubbers

Beware of purchasing online. They include a lot of extras you have to pay for, use third party credit agencies, and charge you through the nose to cancel. Certain elements are also non-refundable, which isn't stated when you purchase. So if you're mental enough to choose Endsleigh, do watch out for the small print. And it is small. When you cancel, they don't end the policy or charges from that date, they end it from the date you can physically call them up and pay them. Even if you no longer own the home or have items to insure in the property. If you're happy to basically sell yourself to Endsleigh, then sign up today! Reviewed on: 17th October 2016
