Doesn't recognize loyalty

Have been with them for two years. And it's the second time they have increased the price without any claims. How is that possible that the insurance can grow by 15% annually??? Do they actually believe their customers will simply renew based on some stupid awards??? No thanks. If you don't encourage customers to stay with you I'd rather go with someone who wouldn't increase their prices year after year without any reason. Reviewed on: 27th September 2021

Appealing service

My policy is due end of September I have no renewal terms and only a letter stating you are transferring my business to another broker A Plan When I rang your office I was told that you did not even have my records When I rang the new broker they told me they did not have them either When I rang the insurer L &G they could not trace the policy in their system What a farce !! Took 7 months and hours spent on hold for Endsleigh to process a claim

I tried to process a claim on Endsleigh home insurance, and they repeatedly failed to respond to my emails, the phone system dropped me multiple times after waiting on hold for 40 minutes, and it took over 7 months to get the issue resolved. Renewal totally outrageous

Last year £73 this year £179. No claims made! Compared and I can get it for £60 elsewhere. I’m switching..... Reviewed on: 29th May 2021

Frustrating

Response to claims took longer than it should have especially since I was in a situation where I needed immediate assistance. they do not give you enough information on how to upload pictures for claims and then take forever to tell you how to upload, by which time you are seriously desperate for the claim to go through. the method itself for listing items to claim was slow and cumbersome and outdated, one by one on email, as if we are in the 80s. In addition to all of this the errors on their part which frustrated me greatly when they made a mix up as to which items should be collected for inspection. and the affiliate companies that they choose to replace items have the worst customer service ever! absolute rubbish

Quote experience was one of the most painful of my life. If i go cut off due to signal they would restart the quote and quote me a huge increase in fee despite only being two minutes later. Appalling customer service cannot explain how bad they are. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2019

Renewed yearly policy without consent then charged additional cancellation fees

They renewed my policy without consent even though I was no longer covered and no longer wished to maintain a policy with them - and had stated that clearly to their customer support. Then charged an additional cancellation fee to cancel a policy on which I'd never claimed and wasn't even covering me any more. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are quite happy to leave you on hold for HOURS! They say they will ring you back, THEY WON'T! I wouldn't wish their services on my worst enemy. Reviewed on: 15th August 2018

Terrible

Tried loads of times to contact Endsleigh by phone and email, always waited over 30 mins before giving up. Needed to cancel a policy. The response when I actually did get to speak to them was appalling and I got charged £36. Please pay a bit more and go with a decent insurance company, as these jokers are disgusting to deal with Reviewed on: 29th June 2018
