Frustrating

Response to claims took longer than it should have especially since I was in a situation where I needed immediate assistance. they do not give you enough information on how to upload pictures for claims and then take forever to tell you how to upload, by which time you are seriously desperate for the claim to go through. the method itself for listing items to claim was slow and cumbersome and outdated, one by one on email, as if we are in the 80s. In addition to all of this the errors on their part which frustrated me greatly when they made a mix up as to which items should be collected for inspection. and the affiliate companies that they choose to replace items have the worst customer service ever! Overall, it wasn't worth it buying their product. Reviewed on: 6th September 2019
