Appealing service

My policy is due end of September I have no renewal terms and only a letter stating you are transferring my business to another broker A Plan When I rang your office I was told that you did not even have my records When I rang the new broker they told me they did not have them either When I rang the insurer L &G they could not trace the policy in their system What a farce !!
