Took 7 months and hours spent on hold for Endsleigh to process a claim

I tried to process a claim on Endsleigh home insurance, and they repeatedly failed to respond to my emails, the phone system dropped me multiple times after waiting on hold for 40 minutes, and it took over 7 months to get the issue resolved.
