Great loan experience

Kept me informed at all times. Treated with respect and all the necessary loan application was made easier as a member of the ECU staff were able to explain the process. I would 100% recommend the ECU to family and friends. It also helped me to pay the loan back and at the same time some of the money I was paying was being saved in my account. So after paying the loan back it was a great bonus to have some money in my account that had been saved. Reviewed on: 29th May 2025

Easy and pain free

Enterprise credit union is really easy to use. Our child benefit goes in to the account and we don’t even feel the money going. We get a loan most christmases, which is always quick and easy and paid back before we know it. Reviewed on: 1st June 2025

Lower APR Rates for Smaller Loans

For smaller loans the APR is high and sometimes you don't want the larger loan as you are trying to reduce your outcome, due to inflation. And just need that smaller amount to get you through I have actually took a credit card out before going to the credit union. And I always thought the credit union was there for those smaller loans.
