Pay the premium, fight to get them to pay out

Had a flight cancelled due to the virus March 2020. Lost £250, tried to claim it on flexicover insurance, fought and fought and fought. They pushed me onto a claims agent because they were not bothered They ended up giving me £46 back after a battle. They denied I had silver cover even though I did. Avoid them like the plague. Cover with confidence

Have used flexicover for my travel insurance and have not had any problems. They are very helpful and made sure that I had the best value insurance policy to cover all of my holiday needs. Will definitely use them again. Reviewed on: 24th July 2020

Outstandingly responsive

Last year my wife was diagnosed with cancer three weeks before we were due to go on holiday. Travel companies and he airline were unable or unwilling to offer a refund. Flexicover responded immediately and without fuss covered the loss. In the stressful situation we were facing, this sympathetic outcome was greatly appreciated. RIP off company

Policies that are not worth the paper they are written on. No payout for cancelled holiday and flights, parking, visas ... nothing. They even had the audacity to offer 50% of my premium back instead. Big Wow. AVOID THIS COMPANY. We were left well out of pocket. You will be too if you fall for their lies. Reviewed on: 24th July 2020
