Superb Customer Service

We have used Flexicover for many years now, and have always been so impressed with their customer service. In 2017 I had an emergency operation and we had to cancel our holiday and claim on our insurance, and Flexicover paid out in full in under 3 weeks, absolutely no quibble or stress at all. They couldn't have been more helpful. Also, during the following years, when the holiday company collapsed, and during the COVID pandemic, they were so accommodating in allowing us to put our policy on hold until we could go on holiday again, just paying the difference between cover on the old and new policies instead of having to cancel and restart all over again later on. I would never use another company now, and would highly recommend them. The cost of cover is extremely competitive too. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Have been loyal customer since 2018. Only had to claim twice but each time process has been pretty straightforward and mostly hassle-free. Claims paid fairly quickly as well. Also used 24hr phone health helpline which was answered quickly. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2023
