Once we have called to customer service and they couldn't find our policy ref, this was very much confusing, especially that we have tried to help in all possible ways. Luckily condition healed itself after a while, so we didn't needed help at this time and when came back home we were not bothered anymore to investigate why such thing has happened. Broken Arm insurance to rescue

I had broken my arm on the day I was trying to fly home. I had broken it in the morning before getting on my train, I realised something was very wrong upon getting onto the train and went straight to the medical bay I saw was at the airport. They told me I HAD to go to hospital. Before heading I called to ensure what was covered and what was needed for evidence. They were clear, detailed in what I needed to provide to ensure I got compensated, and everything from trains to and from the airport, hospital bills and if I needed it a hotel, food and another flight.
