I have used Flexicover for 10 years now for myself and my children. I have had to claim once in that time and the process was easy and paid out as expected. Premiums are always competitive - even with pre-existing conditions and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

Flexicover is helpful to me as I can get a policy that covers me annually for longer trips that I make when I travel longhaul and stay with family and friends. It's not always easy to find good coverage that is affordable and covers the longer length of time. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

Fair pricing structure and efficient website.

I took the time to obtain 3 quotes of a single Holiday break to Madeira. Prices were within a comparable range, although Flexicover did come out marginally cheaper. One of your competitors didn't include "Cancellation" in its standard set of prices and another had a poor medical questionnaire which went round in circles more than once. So, eventually Flexicover won that contest both on price and web site efficiency of use. The agent also took the time to inform me of the relative cost of additional premium elements due to prescribed medicines, which was very informative. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024
