Flexicover helped to find an annual travel policy plus a gap year policy for European travel for me. Both policies have were just what I was looking for. The cost of the policies were competitive and just right. I had to make a claim using the gap year policy after a cycling injury and the scope of cover paid for all of my out of pocket expenses. Turned a crisis into an extended holiday.

When my wife suffered a serious medical problem some years ago that prevented us flying home I at first experienced intense feelings until the doctor asked for our travel insurance documents and told us not to worry as he would contact Flexicover on our behalf and get things sorted. Indeed he did with not a penny asked for during 8 hours of medical assistance. When we got home l then claimed for our extended stay which was paid out with no hassle. The result as been that I have stuck with Flexicover since as they proved to me that when needed and put to the test they would come through. Reviewed on: 24th July 2020
