Happy saver

I have had a savings account with Ford Money for a few years and have always been happy with the service and feedback. The interest rates are normally competitive with most big name banks and there are often promotions which make you feel valued. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Wouldn’t be my car choice but a good bank!

Great fixed term rates

I hadn’t heard of Ford Money before I opened the account but it was recommended by a professional. It was offering a great rate and continues to so I reinvest every year. Reviewed on: 8th January 2024

Fantastic service

Opened a 2 year bond with monthly interest ,great rate and as soon as funds hit the account was notified, first payment fell on a Sunday but money didnt appear in my nominated account ,thought it would be as it fell on weekend, rang to confirm on Monday morning, phone answered within seconds to be told it would hit my account on Monday ,2 hours later it was there ,cannot fault them so if you are pondering please dont from my experience superb Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Great rate!

I haven't had to experience their service channels such as telephone or online helpdesk yet but I am very happy with the monthly interest and the way they pass on the rate increases. Once set up it's easy to use if you like online banking. Initial sign up is a little faffy but ok Reviewed on: 21st July 2023

Excellent service

I have had a savings account with Ford Money and have always found them to be very pro active, when the BoE increase interest rates they normally raise their savings quickly. The communication I receive is always relevant without bombarding the customer with advertising emails. They appear to be very customer focused and I would happily recommend them to anybody looking for a savings account. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023
