I find their interest rates to be competitive, and have noticed that they don't rush to lower rates when BOE reduce theirs. Easy to use app which contains all the relevant information. Prior to opening my first account I contacted Ford Money customer services via telephone call, and my call was answered and my queries dealt with efficiently and pleasantly.
