Poor phone service

I was on phone for 2 and half hours waiting, from customer No.14 and when it was mine turn to speak to the advisor,I was again transferred from the other departments, and I was customer No2,but it an hour with no response ,I had to drop my call and I was feeling really sad... It's an OK company

It's ok if you struggling to get a low quote insurance. But they will try everything and every possible excuse to keep your premium high which is not required at all. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Had a great experience with one of got you covered members of staff

Helped guide me through the process with ease, my cover wasn't the easiest to help with since I lost my licence, and I required 60 days to provide relevant documentation because I was waiting for a medical, and there has been postal strikes. Only thing I would comment on is the regular emails saying I needed to contact urgently even though I had received 60 days. Apart from that nothing negative to say, easy straight forward, friendly.
