Worst company ever

Extremely bad customer service I proceeded to give them a call as you cannot do the quote online, I had them saying they will call back which they didn’t so we proceeded to call back and had abit of a go and the person was laughing very bad DO NOT USE THEM Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Misrepresentation

On Go compare you are given a really good quote for car insurance but you have to ring them, then customer service goes through the details in a very hurried manner occasionally saying is that all ok then they ring off to “go check the details and quote” they then come back with a quote 3 times the original one ridiculous time wasters - do not use Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

Totally miss sold

I took out unoccupied home insurance with this company in October for the total amount of £190 as the house in question was in the throes of being sold I only wanted to have cover for a short time but I was sold an annual policy for the said amount,I agreed to the quotation as I was categorically informed that when I was ready to cancel the policy I would only pay a cancellation fee of £35 and the remainder would be refunded pro rata, today I have been refunded a total of £33.This equates to a total of £157 for 2 months cover, avoid this company or read the small print. Got you covered means you are getting you covered!
