Paid £274 deposit then changed to a van just outside...

Paid £274 deposit then changed to a van just outside the 2 weeks cooling off period and had to pay 33.15 to cancel it totaling 307.34 for my car insurance for just over 2 weeks ive been robbed i change cars quite allot and never have i been legally robbed like this. Stay well clear if id of known they dont do refunds i would of taken temp cover as it would have been cheaper. Thanks for robbing me ill never consider using you ever again id rather pay more and use a diffrent company you theifs. I was initially quoted £1100 for insurance but eneded up costing 1800 once on the phone then robbed over £300 stay well away from them. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2026
