Brilliant!

Always been helpful and able to solve my queries quick and effectively, prices are very competitive and I’ll definitely be getting a renewal quote from here first. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Totally miss sold

I took out unoccupied home insurance with this company in October for the total amount of £190 as the house in question was in the throes of being sold I only wanted to have cover for a short time but I was sold an annual policy for the said amount,I agreed to the quotation as I was categorically informed that when I was ready to cancel the policy I would only pay a cancellation fee of £35 and the remainder would be refunded pro rata, today I have been refunded a total of £33.Th... Got you covered means you are getting you covered!

Good value

Insurance companies come down to one thing and that's if things go wrong for the customer how far are they prepared to go to help out and I have experienced a helping hand by got you covered where they spread the rest of my policy cost over the rest of the months so I didn't have to pay anything for the month I was struggling, it was a massive help of me and that's why I have given them full stars all round Reviewed on: 16th October 2022
