Poor phone service

I was on phone for 2 and half hours waiting, from customer No.14 and when it was mine turn to speak to the advisor,I was again transferred from the other departments, and I was customer No2,but it an hour with no response ,I had to drop my call and I was feeling really sad... Really its just an Insurance company full of people with no work ethic...... Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Great service

Got a quote online, received a call the following night and was taken through every step efficiently and withh no time barriers. Had an issue which they resolved and anytime needed to speak to them it is always courteous. Very good customer services

Had a few problems with money and they were brilliant. Friendly, informed and supporting Custer services.

The gentleman who I spoke to was so supportive when I was trying to find insurance. He sorted it all out for me and took me through what I had to do paperwork wise. I have a text message to let me know my payment is going out, so I can make sure it’s in there on time.
