We were struggling to find a company who could get a mortgage for us. We went to 3 other mortgage brokers before reaching out to haysto they were the only broker than managed to find us an affordable mortgage for adverse credit and acted quickly so we could put the deposit down and ensure a quick process. I had high expectations.

As a previous Mortgage Broker myself, there were high expectations on how my case would be dealt with. It was not straightforward and complex in terms of employment but the friendly approach put me immediately at ease. They worked diligently and quickly to source the product most suitable, and got an offer in under 28 days which I had no expectation of achieving and fully expected it to take longer. I was hesitant when I first contacted them as there is a chain effect of people, each specialising in the next stage but my concerns were completely unfounded and the system is slick!
