Harrison at Haysto- Made dream of home owning a reality

This review is long overdue and I want to apologise for the delay in getting this written as I feel I need to stress how amazing a company Haysto are and in particular my broker Harrison Drew for all the hard work, time and care he put into ensuring I got the house of my dreams. After a failed attempt of going to a local financial advisor who pushed to get me a mortgage but with a specialist lender due to me mentioning I had an old CCJ that I was waiting to be removed even though it was fully satisfied. I got the call from him to say I was unable to get the house due to not being offered enough money with this particular mortgage lender and he suggested I looked at houses that were lower value. Heartbroken but undeterred I googled Mortgage brokers for people with not so great credit and up came Haysto and another broker of which I’m so pleased I didn’t go with. Right from the get go I could tell Haysto were quite special and although the other broker were promising me lower initial fees they were still trying to push me down the specialist bad credit lender route whereas Haysto said I would be able to go with a high street lender due to the age of my CCJ. They were so knowledgeable right from the start and were good at explaining next steps and how they work. Their portal was easy to use and if I needed to speak to anyone I could leave messages on there. What I really want to make any prospective house buyers aware of though is just how amazing the staff are. In particular i would like to share how incredibly grateful I am for the experience I had with Haysto and especially to one person in particular-Harrison Drew. Even though Harrison wasn’t officially my account manager towards the end of the process, he continued to support me personally throughout the entire mortgage process. He made me feel at ease even during the most stressful times and as someone who struggles with mental health, that made a world of difference. Harrison was patient, kind, empathetic, and incredibly diligent. He reassured me when I was worried about my credit and found me a mortgage with a high street bank at a great interest rate—something I didn’t think was possible. Without his expertise, I might have ended up paying more with a specialist lender, but he ensured I got the best deal possible. I dread to think how many calls he must have received from me but each time he helped to reassure and kept me fully informed of where we were in each stage. Despite my frequent calling he always kept everything clear and precise, and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to him, I’m now in my new dream home. I want Haysto to know what a gem they have in Harrison and I’m eternally grateful. If you need a mortgage broker who is kind, thorough and truly cares, Harrison Drew at Haysto is the best choice you can make. I can’t recommend Haysto enough. They are one of a kind and you will definitely be looked after. They will work their hardest through every obstacle and believe me there were many, to get you your mortgage. If I could give 100 stars to this company and their staff and as I said in particular, Harrison Drew- I would. Thank you so much Haysto. This has changed my life and Im eternally grateful. Highly recommend if you need any kind of lender

We are a sole income family. We didn’t fit the bill for other brokers and were turned away despite having the same income as dual income families. Haysto were brilliant from the off. Each step is really easy and you can message them anytime. We were first time buyers and didn’t know the process. Haysto explained everything in depth ( several times ). We secured a mortgage offer quickly and then they supported us to find a suitable property. They did absolutely everything. We just provided the information needed. You do pay a bit more than other brokers ( not much though) but you get so much more. They literally do everything .Haysto even chase solicitors each week for updates. They provide options for solicitors if you need it too. We went with our own and they chased them every week for updates also. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They are really understanding of people that aren’t your run of the mill customer. They are really experienced and have a huge host of specialist lenders and high street lenders. Once everything is completed they are still there if you need them and will help you with a new mortgage when your fixed period is over. All included in the price you already paid. They helped me to get a mortgage when I was rejected. Not only did I get one, it was actually a better rate than what I'd previously applied for. I had an outstanding experience with Haysto while securing a mortgage for my first home. After being turned away by other brokers, I was feeling discouraged, but the team at Haysto went above and beyond to make it happen for me. Their dedication, persistence, and expertise truly set them apart.
