We first approached Haysto back in July, my credit history is poor with several defaults and poor history with my ex-wife being a big cause. My partner has an excellent credit score and we knew high street banks were off the table and I stumbled across Haysto online after some searching. We start the initial conversation and everything was great, but this was before realising our deposit wouldn't release until early 2025. I felt like I had wasted their time a bit on the initial conversations and so on with Lisa N, but she was fantastic and re-assured us it wasn't an issue and they would be available when we needed them. By October we picked back up and Lisa continued with us. We were then passed to the wonderful Daniel TW, our mortgage advisor who has been absolutely amazing the whole way through our journey and had a conversation about the history and ins and outs, the situation we were in and what ideally we wanted in a mortgage and what suited us. He has worked tirelessly in dealing with the lender and getting us a deal that wouldn't have been possible without him. Dealing with our case with the lender was Tia A. - she is easy to get hold of whenever needed, amazingly friendly and has put in such an effort ensuring the lender has all the documents and being very communicative with us along the way. We also used Haysto for a quote for a conveyancer and have gone with them - Haysto will do the chase work with them as well until the completion and ensure everything is where it should be and that is a big relief for me. We also had Jason M. deal with us for some insurance quotes and he got us much cheaper deals than I was able to find in comparisons and online so am very thankful for that too. And, we managed to get a mortgage offer, it's a brand new experience for me but the whole team at Haysto, those we speak to and those behind the scenes are fantastic and have been such a delight to deal with. The only broker who wanted to help!!

Was looking at a remortgage with swapping names on the mortgage. Was told it couldn't be done, and that I would have to lose my house by other brokers. Found haysto online and decided to give them a try after seeing many positive reviews. And now I see why, from the start they had nothing but a can do attitude and made the impossible, possible. They made the whole process simple and easy to understand and kept me informed every step of the way. I'm so glad I decided to choose haysto as they have now saved my home. Tom has been excellent for us!

Tom has been excellent for us, he is always on the ball and managed to solve any issues quickly if they arise. Our circumstances were difficult but he managed to find us a lender that was within our financial expectations. Haysto have been brilliant!

Haysto have been brilliant from start to finish, especially Tia and Phil. Both of them were always on hand to reply to messages/calls the same day. The team who were assigned to me where great, Ermira gave me constant support from the beginning through the mortgage process when Charley was assigned as my case manager, when faced with a worrying time it was good to have someone on hand to help support and give me peace of mind I cant thank them enough for helping achieve my mortgage. The portal is easy to use and keeps you up to date on where you are at in the process, you can book update calls with your case manager and talk to your mortgage advisor ( who was a like a guardian angel i must say) Reviewed on: 31st March 2025
