Our experience buying a house wasn’t easy. We faced several challenges along the way. However, throughout the entire process, we felt incredibly supported by our broker, Daniel TW. He was exceptional: reassuring, honest, and highly professional, guiding us through even the most difficult moments. Overall, we really appreciated our experience with Haysto and the way everything was structured. We’d also like to mention George, who assisted us with our insurance. He was friendly, supportive, and made the process much smoother. What stood out most was the genuine sense of working with friendly professionals who truly listened to us and made us feel heard. We have recommended Haysto to our friends and will continue to recommend them to others. We also hope the same team will be there when it comes time to renew our next mortgage deal in a few years, as it would be great to work with everyone again—especially Daniel TW.
