Overall, customer service was good

Overall, customer service was good but it took a few days to sort out the cover because Holiday Extras needed to refer back to the underwriter. So trying to renew the travel insurance was more painful than normal Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

The app is so easy to use and it is so easy to go through the questions about health questions.it’s also to reassure you because you get the benefit of having air doctor 24 hours a day if you need it.also good price. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2025
