I’ve only purchased insurance, thankfully have not needed to claim. Can’t comment on what they’re like when you need them. The system is straightforward for purchasing a policy and has additional useful services. Reviewed on: 6th October 2024

Superb service and product from Holiday Extras

We used a consolidator but the payment link wouldn't work and we were really struggling. Yvette from HE took our call and was professiobalism personified, solving the issue for us. She took us through all the necessary steps, dotted the i's and crossed the t's brilliantly and we got the super, super price we first saw. 10/10, unreservedly recommended. Easy process to book my travel insurance. Web site easy to negotiate. As with all insurance companies you don’t know how good it is until you unfortunately have to make a claim so can’t comment on that side of it. Reviewed on: 6th October 2024
