They took my money for a transfer from JFK to my hot...

They took my money for a transfer from JFK to my hotel in New York. BA Flight was cancelled and impossible to get hold of anyone to change car booking to a later time that day. Managed to get hold of driver but he said he couldn't do anything. USA Emergency Number did not work. Holiday Extras on they web talk page told me you can't change your booking on the day of travel - tough luck they implied - even though this was completely out of my control. You can't speak to a human being only AI which is very frustrating - they wash themselves on any responsibility quoting its in the Terms and Conditions which I didn't receive from the USA Courier. As long as they have your hard earned money that's all it appears they are interested in. I have used this company in the past and as long as everything runs smoothly no issue but when something goes wrong as it did to me forget it your on your own. Will NEVER USE this company again and I advise anyone to stay clear - there bordering on being Rogue Traders. There are much better products on the market. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2026
