    This company came highly recommended to us by another traveller who had had to make a claim with them and they were amazing in a... This company came highly recommended to us by another traveller who had had to make a claim with them and they were amazing in a very difficult hospital emergency abroad. We didn't need to make a claim ourselves, but were given a fab countdown to our holiday, offered discounts on airport parking which we did use and other options to consider.     By mistake I took out a new policy instead of renewing the old one. It was all sorted immediately, with no fuss. Delighted!
