Review of the Holiday Extras Travel Insurance, Travel insurance:

They didn't make a drama out of a crisis!

I had the misfortune to have to claim on my travel insurance which I'd taken out with Holiday Extras, because 2 weeks before our cruise my partner had a heart attack and ended up having a triple heart bypass operation. I notified the company who said there was no rush to claim so 3 months later I put my claim in and it was agreed and settled within a few days of my submitting the required documents. I'd definitely recommend Holiday Extras Travel Insurance and have renewed my annual insurance with them. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
