Great Customer experience

Professional bank

No Complaints

It depends who your bank manager is when it comes down to business banking. We used to have a great one !!! I have not even spoken to the one we have now who has been our bank manager for 18 months and counting Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Long waiting time - lovely staff

Consistently high standard of customer service

We do not actually need to much service as a client of HSBC. However what we do need, is very well delivered and the online service is simple, safe and in our experience robust. We also value the business insights. Reviewed on: 27th November 2019

Helped

Financial Freedom

The main thing about the Business Account I have had for the past 6 years with HSBC is that they have given me freedom to get on with my business while being available in the background for help and advice. Reviewed on: 18th November 2017
