Worst experience opening a business account. Terrible communication waited 5 months and called them up numerous times. They had the wrong email which I gave them asked for my information which I gave them no reply had to call up again saying the wrong email. Handler doesn't respond to questions eventually I told them to leave it ill try another bank Avoid Reviewed on: 21st June 2024

Business Profile service have frozen my account, are mostly incredibly unhelpful on the phone, pot luck if you get someone slightly more helpful. Effectively de-banked by freezing my account, then struggling to close it as it is frozen. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2024
