Flexible

We use the online business banking facilities whenever needed as well as our local branch. Some processes could be improved though. We are currently in process of updating our authorised signatories list which is taking the bank an alwful long time. Delays which seem to be caused by lack of communication amongst staff at the bank. It feels like they could be more organised to make processes run more efficiently. Reviewed on: 25th January 2016

Unhelpful

I have been with NatWest for 6 years. They have been very unhelpful. They have never offered overdrafts or anything like that. I have only see the business bank manager once and that was just to offer me a pension or something similar. Reviewed on: 20th January 2016

Fab and Flexible

We have always used NatWest as they are based locally to the business - although we also uses their online facilities. We've been very impressed with their Business Banking offering and wouldn't change from using them. Reviewed on: 20th January 2016

Does the job but could be improved

The online banking experience does the job but appears to be dated and sometimes a little awkward to use. However the website does have some good functionality. One thing which is particularly annoying is that I am forced to use another application to transfer USD into my sterling account (almost an every day occurrence for my business). Natwest Startup Business

As a new business the Natwest Startup account is great. They offer two years without any service charges which is great. Any issues we had were resolved really quickly, and the process to get a Business credit card was easy and quick. Reviewed on: 12th January 2016

Has always done what is needed.

Bank bashing has become pretty fashionable, but it has to be said that NatWest has been there for our business since we started. Relationship management has been attentive and lending support available when requested. The online banking app works very well to make day to day management of the account very straightforward. Only small observation is that there can sometimes be a disconnect between the personal bank and business bank in the management of the whole picture. Reviewed on: 9th November 2015

Not NatBest

The queues in branch are always terrible and there's never enough tills open. We've had no business support or contact from a business manager at all. Reviewed on: 25th August 2015

Ok overall, but could be a lot better

NatWest haven't done anything major to make me want to leave but it might only be a matter of time. Sometimes the levels of service are below my expectations and some staff have a 'so what' mentality. Reviewed on: 24th July 2015
