    Natwest is well known and reliable in many ways, with several options for how to run your account and offers a lot of great products.... Natwest is well known and reliable in many ways, with several options for how to run your account and offers a lot of great products. It was brilliant for simple account management and especially for younger starts with banking. Its customer service however is horrific. The messaging option on the app is not instantly accessible and requires at least a few hours before anyone comes back to you. By the time they do, and you reply, it’s passed on to a new agent and the process starts again. I’ve had requests go on for days and it’s really frustrating. Read more Read less
