I am submitting this review due to the poor and unhelpful service I received from a team member named Priyank Rawat. His explanation regarding charges... I am submitting this review due to the poor and unhelpful service I received from a team member named Priyank Rawat. His explanation regarding charges on my credit card was unclear and did not resolve my concerns. I had to contact the credit card team myself and wait a long time to receive accurate information—something that should have been clearly communicated in the first place.     We have a Natwedt rooster account for our child and it was an easy process to open the account and there are lots of excellent...
