They are great. I have been with them for years as they have never put a foot wrong, so I have never wanted to leave,... They are great. I have been with them for years as they have never put a foot wrong, so I have never wanted to leave, even though there are financial incentives to swap offered by other banks, I'm happy to stay. Natwest bankline should be avoided by all businesses. Any issue outside of its day to day working have no quick and easy way to resolve.... Natwest bankline should be avoided by all businesses. Any issue outside of its day to day working have no quick and easy way to resolve. I have been locked out for 5 days (for no reason), passed security over the phone to discuss the issue however the only resolution was waiting for the post to send me a new smart card and reader. This is very outdated way of operating and my business has been effectively closed for 5 days because of this terribly poor process. Read more Read less
