NATWEST STOLE MY MONEY!

NATWEST STOLE MY MONEY! I opened a student bank account in 2015 and I kept it open. Whenever I would visit the UK I would put money in it. In 2024 when I went to visit I get the news that they closed my bank account and I couldn't retrieve the money. I had to file in paper and didn't hear back from them. In 2023 they decided that my country is one of the countries they no longer want to work with and only sent 1 email that I missed informing me that I have 6 months to take my money out. They didn't call me to inform me and didn't send any further emails. In 2024 I was chocked when I went in person to the bank and was told there is no department to talk to about this. Now it's been me calling them I have spend more than 200$ worth of phone bills and I was told now they cannot find the money or my account! The only means of contact with them is via international calls or letter which never seem to arrive. My country is at the brick of war and my money is stolen by Nattiest. Reviewed on: 20th June 2025
