Totally Online set-up

I needed home insurance but I also wanted to insure my mountain bike and laptop for when I was away from home. Thankfully this was all easily arranged online, with no phone calls, through the comprehensive Natwest website. It wasn't the cheapest home insurance compared to some I could have gone with on the comparison websites but there was only about £20-£30 in it and I know I can rely on Natwest. 20 plus years customer 29% renewal increase

2
Can’t believe my home insurance renewal came with a hefty 29% increase, I have been a client for 20 + years, with only one small claim for £600 storm damage in 2022 and they increase by £80 … when I called I am told this is the best price, no discounts…. I am disgusted , obviously checking else where, should have done it years ago, much cheaper out there for almost the same cover Reviewed on: 9th July 2023

Look at Their reviews online.. definitely the 2 most useless companies I’ve ever had to deal with in life.. they don’t communicate between each other. Home insurance

After an accident happened in my house,I’m still in temporary accommodation, they are dry slow and I have to call every other day and speak to many people .one day even after a weeks one staff told me that my name isn’t on my house Ensuranc which it was and my husband most call them. That made me so mad. Of course I spoke with polite customer service as well but still waiting and no one doing anything for a house. Actually it cost slot for them to keep me in temporarily accommodation but when you have a child and working is very difficult to live somewhere with little things around and not knowing how long will take. Very frustrating and disappointing of them. Definitely will change my home insurance after this. Not recommended Reviewed on: 28th March 2023

Pressure off

In the last year I have left nursing...and it's pay...to take a minimum wage job in a pharmacy. In short, my wage has more than halved. This means my ability to save any spare money at the end of a month is almost none existent. The flexibility of the instant saver account is, at times a life saver. I can add when I can and withdraw when I need to. A long way away from older accounts that have limits attached that require a notice period to access your own money. NatWest guided me through a divorce, sending my daughter to university and supported me when I was a victim of online fraud. Having the knowledge that I can use any savings I have on that 'rainy day' takes some of the pressure of life off. Thank you NatWest for 25 years of service! Reviewed on: 8th March 2023
