The Advantage Gold account has some great benefits but are they really economically viable? At £19 a month that's £228 a year. You get travel insurance but you can pick that up for less than £10 usually. The car breakdown is included but again for £50-60 a year you can get cover. To me, I would happily pay more for a product or service if I am going to get good customer service and I cannot fault any experience I have ever had with Natwest. The staff in my local branch, Sandhurst, are all very friendly and any contact I have had on the phone with Natwest has been first class too. Highly recommend!
