ok! so I have banked with Natwest for over 20 years. Two years ago I decided to open a business account with them and it has to be the worse mistake ever! I tried making a standard international transfer with the bank and guess what? because I am also a business customer, I am not allowed to transfer money internationally without paying a fee! I no longer have the option of a free standard transfer. How is this even possible or fair? Called the customer service and that was a joke in itself as the representative told me the standard service had been cancelled for everyone which is a lie!!! Later found out from another rep that it is because I have a business account. but this was a personal transfer form a personal account! spoke to complaint department and she couldn't be bothered. well time to move on....

I don't like everything about NatWest, but they do get the important bits right. I've had three fraud attempts from different avenues in the last few years; two card closings and one online fraud and they have intercepted all of them, based on my spending patterns. I really can't fault this service. They let me know straight away, stop y card and no money ever leaves my account into the wrong hands.

Been with Natwest for many years, current, joint and business accounts. Good service with people in branch and on phone. Also contacted by a member of the team to inform me of products that would be helpful to me. Good app that is updated to allow even better user options. Highly recommend Natwest to family and friends.

I'm generally happy with my bank. My account does everything I need it to and I feel that the benefits that come with the type of account are pay for are of a good standard and would recommend these. However everytime I go in the branch there are less and less staff and more machines, it is becoming very impersonal to the point where I am becoming embarrassed to go and speak to someone. I understand this is cost cutting but think there is a fine line between the two- be careful not to tip over it NatWest!

That personal touch has been the bedrock of our finance management:
assisting with money management following my parents deaths in a sensitive, proactive and compassionate way.
Assistant with my Mother -in-laws finances once she moved into a residential home and the sale of her properties.
Always at the end of the phone, helpful and willing to go that extra mile. He made difficult situations easier supporting us in a variety of ways with advice, suggestions and good knowledgeable support.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND NATWEST as they will just close your account with all my money in and now I have no access to my own money

I'm left with nothing all weekend and no family to help out 4 KIDS TO LOOKAFTER

THANKS AGAIN NATWEST I want my money from my account

I am taking this to court
