too much IT

this company has lost the plot, they have no interest in customer, staff & all on IT they are loosing the plot & intrest in anything, they have NO INvestment in people & only care of passing your through to IT, Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Long time friend.

I have been with Nat West for 38 years, and not once have I been inclined to change banks. I’ve seen a lot of changes and have used many of the services. I’ve had loans, home insurance etc. Over the years they have just improved year after year. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

NatWest is a bank accessible to everyone
