Lloyds bank platinum account since 2015

I am banking with Lloyds bank from 2015. Always fast help,prompt,reliable service in any situation. Platinum card is required a fee payment but has a worldwide travel insurance for you and your dependants and partner. Break down cover even if you do not own a car or drive just you have to be in the car when the cover needed. Also phone insurance for you and your family. They have life style benefits from wich I choose free Disney subscription. Better shopping experience with them every day offer. If you go abroad you can order your travel money and also can use your card for payments or withdraw from ATM without any extra hidden fee. I would highly recommend them service for everyone specialy for family's. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Recently converted to Platinum and was completely satisfied with the add on of travel insurance,AA membership and cell phone insurance all inclusive,good value ,as was already paying 65% of the fee to the AA already before I include International travel insurance!! Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

I’ve been banking with Lloyds since I was a child. I currently have a Platinum account which is good value for money. I received car breakdown cover, mobile phone insurance and world wide family travel cover to name a few of its benefits. Check that you are covered

Having paid for this card since May 2023 I happened to ring the AA to discover my name was not registered with them! Despite almost three hours on the phone after 14 days I am still not registered! Have asked for refund of fee and have requested cancellation of Platinum account as have arranged individual travel and breakdown cover. Now considering transferring to another bank. Trying to make contact with the right person is a nightmare. Reviewed on: 16th March 2024

True to their word!
