I took an account with them and used the mobile phone insurance option and it was so painstaking awful service. I am on my 5th phone as each refurbished phone is worse than the previous one. Please please go to Natwest as they provide a replacement service option whereas at Lloyds you have to send your phone in and wait 2 weeks to get your phone back who does that in the day and age! Un cohesive approach across Web phone and app. Hard to use not a great deal on borrowing no mortgage advisors in branch. Newer providers are offering better service and products. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
