Had to complain about fees on my account in order to leave however Natwest responded to complaint quickly and professionally. I received a refund and a different account was offered. Good service, bad account. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

Changed now to reward account

I recently got offered to change this account to the reward account, I get month;y cash back and still includes all the benefits and extras as the advantage gold did. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

My Bank has the best staff they know their customers and they seem to put the best offers that are best for my personally not just pushing the latest promotion on to me, very sadly i recently lost my mother she was a customer of Nat West as well as myself they helped us through my mothers illness so i could carry on paying her bills and do her financial matters while she was ill and then helped with their bereavement department and was trully lovely and so helpful. I trust Natwest with my money

Natwest is the only bank I've ever been with, they have never let me down, always made me feel as though they are on my side, the have helped me when I've been struggling and given me great advice. I've never felt the need to leave, they have always given great incentives for credit cards and loans and upgrading accounts that actually matter, I've always been able to get access to my account with easy methods like mobile banking and contactless and Apple Pay. Why pay for an account

The account is a rip off! They make out you save all this money if you pay £10 a month for things you wouldn't normally have. Well not all anyway! £120 a year for possibly £50 of services you would usually use. Not for me and would advise people to avoid Reviewed on: 22nd November 2015

Managed to use many of the perks that are included with this account!

We have had this account now for around 3 years and in this time we have been recovered in a broken down vehicle on two occasions. On one of these occasions because the breakdown company where unable to get us and our car home, they provided us with a courtesy car until they could deliver the car to our address. This was covered by our Natwest account. My husband has also had 3 replacement phones in the last 18 months due to the screen breaking on his iPhone, on all of these only a excess was needed to have a replacement phone. We have also recently started to benefit from the cash rewards for using contact-less payment which is great! We also use the taste card on occasion and have had the benefits from getting travel money through our account too. Overall this has been a great account for us, and I would recommend it to anyone. Our experience of the advantage gold account is great really. We opted for this as we got a hassle free savings account as a extra to it phone insurance and many other perks , for a small fee. Would 100% recommend most of natwest services I have used. Reviewed on: 13th November 2015
