Earn as you spend

I use the reward account, which costs me a mind blowing £2pm extra, and I get 3% cash back on my Energy bills, council tax, Tv package and water rates, which get me appx £10 pm cashback, I also get cashback for spending on my CC which I pay off in full EVERY month Reviewed on: 12th March 2017

A bit behind the times

Natwest customer service

To me, I would happily pay more for a product or service if I am going to get good customer service and I cannot fault any experience I have ever had with Natwest. The staff in my local branch, Sandhurst, are all very friendly and any contact I have had on the phone with Natwest has been first class too. Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 5th February 2017
