Natwest customer service

To me, I would happily pay more for a product or service if I am going to get good customer service and I cannot fault any experience I have ever had with Natwest. The staff in my local branch, Sandhurst, are all very friendly and any contact I have had on the phone with Natwest has been first class too. Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 5th February 2017

Avice re rewards account

My husband was very reticent to change to a rewards account, but the member of staff worked out the amount of income it would generate so that I could take it home and show him. Expensive

I was asked to have this type of account years ago and the monthly cost keeps rising. I've never had to use the rewards and I never asked for them. You'd be better off sticking to a basic account Reviewed on: 13th January 2017

Solid performance

Advantage Gold

In terms of accessibility and customer service, NatWest are really strong. The banking app is fantastic and when I have dealt with online customer service advisors have been very helpful on the numerous occasions I have used them I never need to call as they can do everything I need online.
