Geat bank but alot of bad points

Great bank but... been charged £126 for .27pence ovee drawn with out telling me. They said i didnt have phone insurance with them anymore so i got it some were else. U til after 12 months and then they said i did have it. Bad customer serice Reviewed on: 10th June 2016

I have been with Natwest for 20 years and use them for my main banking. I have an advantage gold account. I have been told they no longer do this account anymore so have changed me to another account with different terms and conditions and charges! They also keep changing the terms and conditions for the add on that I pay for which is for break down cover, phone insurance etc. So one minute your insured the next your not. Certainly looking at taking my money elsewhere. Reviewed on: 26th April 2016

Had to complain about fees on my account in order to leave however Natwest responded to complaint quickly and professionally. I received a refund and a different account was offered. Good service, bad account. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

Changed now to reward account

I recently got offered to change this account to the reward account, I get month;y cash back and still includes all the benefits and extras as the advantage gold did. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

My Bank has the best staff they know their customers and they seem to put the best offers that are best for my personally not just pushing the latest promotion on to me, very sadly i recently lost my mother she was a customer of Nat West as well as myself they helped us through my mothers illness so i could carry on paying her bills and do her financial matters while she was ill and then helped with their bereavement department and was trully lovely and so helpful.
