CREWE staff are fantastic. It's a really helpful friendly branch. Staff always courteous and polite. Happy for you to see a real person if that's what you prefer. The staff here have been here for a while and in my opinion are excellent at customer service. Reviewed on: 5th June 2017

Is it really financially worth it?

The Advantage Gold account has some great benefits but are they really economically viable? At £19 a month that's £228 a year. You get travel insurance but you can pick that up for less than £10 usually. The car breakdown is included but again for £50-60 a year you can get cover. Other than that I really wasn't making use of it so cancelled it. I would recommend checking you are saving when you use it. The 3% cashback on main direct debits is a big positive if you have large outgoings. Reviewed on: 1st May 2017
