everything takes as long as possible

everything takes as long as possible, if they say it can take up to 10 business days its going to take 11. this is when they don't mess something up and make you redo everything in which case they will still take as long as possible to tell you this. my account was frozen due to fraud and it was quicker for me to open another bank account than for NatWest to fix the issue. Poor value for money

This account used to be value for money , especially airport lounge access via Dragon pass, but unfortunately dragon pass is now a poor partner and doesn’t get as many seats in lounges , so you can’t get in - unless you pay £40 pp or higher . If you complain, Nat west pass you to dragon pass, who then quote their ts &cs and that if there no room for dragon pass , there’s no room - fair enough, but when trying to book a lounge (£5pp additional fee) there is no availability for dragon pass . But if you go direct to the lounges and pay the full fee they have availability . A sad and frustrating situation , as it used to be worthwhile , I’ll be moving my current account and using the saving to buy airport lounge as and when . Reviewed on: 7th June 2024

If there is -1000% for a bank customer service probably this bank will get the score. One of the worst experiences that I ever had dealing with a bank. They are just a joke. "The bank would not give you a reason to cancel my account", this was repeated in the call over 6 to 7 times. I have been with the bank since 2010 and this is the way they treat a loyal customer. I have been transferred 4 times in a call to find the correct department. Just a joke of a bank where the customer support team is abysmal. Why do you operate as a bank when you are closing our accounts without any valid reason? I have money in your bank. Very disappointed and will never come to this bank. Thank god did not have a credit card with them, just imagine how they will operate when they give out credit to people. Joke of a bank that does not have any value on real customers. I think the Bank of England has to look into this joke of a bank that behaves like this to its customers. Very frustrated with this customer service which made me write this bloody essay on how bad this bank is. Very very disappointed and frustrated with Northwest Bank. God save you from disaster and hope they learn the lesson. I have been told now that I have to wait for 60 days to get my money transferred to another account.
