Dragon pass is only any use as benefit in airport lounge if WHEN YOU TURN UP THERE IS SPACE IN LOUNGE. There never ever is and unless you prebook and pay extra to pre book you don't benefit. So the dragon pass is giving you a supposedly free benefit that you still have to pay extra for pre booking to be able to get the benefit. The Black account holder should be able to Pre book with no extra charge if holding dragon pass for this to be a real benefit. Disappointing that this benefit is actually at a cost to be able to use properly

Great app and proactive service

The app just keeps getting better and better. The Black Account benefits are tremendous too! My only suggestion is that with the current Covid travel ban the travel-heavy benefits could be reassessed.

My wife accidentally incinerated her brand new iPhone 12 Pro after it got confused in some garden rubbish we were burning. There were so many reasons we were expecting them not to pay out based on previous experiences with insurance companies, e.g. the phone was in a service company name, it took us weeks to remember that we had insurance with my bank account and so we claimed late, the damage was of an pretty exceptional nature etc., but we received a replacement phone next day via a very streamlined procedure.

Best mobile app and great benefits

Best mobile banking app, so easy to use and they keep adding more features, so I can do even more without needing to call or visit a branch. The Reward Black account, whilst pricey, is brilliant too with great benefits and cashback.

The App is amazing

NatWest have the best app on the market. They keep adding amazing features like Credit Score, Insights and I love the new feature to approve transactions via the app.

We have had a black account for many years. This year due to corona virus we were prevented from going on our ski holiday by government restrictions. We have never claimed on our travel insurance before. NatWest are refusing to pay as they say the holiday was cancelled by the holiday company are are telling us to sue the company for the money. The terms are clear in the NatWest travel document that they will pay out of government restrictions stop your travel. They have used every delay tactic in the book and it has been over six months and they still have our money disgraceful!

Never had any major problems with NatWest, and if I have I’ve always gotten compensation and an apology swiftly, also these guys were the only ones to give us a decent mortgage, 10 stars for NatWest!

Best Banking App!

I love how NatWest are rivalling fintechs such as Monzo and Starling with the introduction of Spending, lock and unlock debit card and get cash.

Superb app and great customer service

The app is great and just keeps getting better. I can do almost everything on it and when I do need to visit a branch the team are always more than happy to help. My Premier Manager is also a great addition to this service.

I used to use online banking to access my account but now with all the features on the NatWest mobile app I don't remember the last time that I had to logon to online banking. The recent addition of pending transactions is particularly useful and I have used the app to make payments abroad, pay my credit card etc. So quick to access and makes managing finances no longer a chore. Even used the great Get Cash function when like an idiot I forgot my wallet one day.

Great access via the mobile app

I never (NEVER) visit branches as the app gives me clear and easy to access information on my balances and pending transactions. With facial recognition on the iPhoneX, it is now even easier!
