Nothing bad to say!

Been a NatWest banking customer for over 15 years. Not a bad word to say - straightforward, good customer service etc. Reviewed on: 4th June 2017

Excellent Extras

Excellent extras with the account but you do pay for them. I would recommend this account if you think you would use the extras. However if not I'd go for a cheaper account. Reviewed on: 11th May 2017

Preference for online banking

I worry for the jobs of banking staff. I now avoid going into the bank as I hate being asked questions. The staff I assume have targets for selling bank products and services but I hate it. I have switched to online banking. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

If I could give it less than one star I would

Tailored banking to suit your needs

The NatWest Black account really is something a little different when it comes to bank accounts. This account is like having your very own PA. The ticket booking service is outstanding and genuinely saves you money, I have used this many times over the last two years and have found it to be invaluable. When you total the amount it would cost you to pay for individual services and benefits from elsewhere the NatWest Black account is very good value for money. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

The best bank for looking you

Fair So Far

Have had generally extremely positive reviews about Natwest and purchasing products. However a minor issue arose a few weeks ago, when a payday loan company charged me for no reason. Further issue relates to paypal transaction and I cant decide whether they will deal with it fairly, since they are yet to take action. Reviewed on: 17th February 2016

Probably the most comprehensive account on the high street

This account really is top of the tree in terms of the benefits that it provides. While many accounts have free travel insurance / mobile phone insurance benefits, this one has the lot, including airport lounge access. The £24/month fee is high, so it's really only good value if you need the benefits attached. Reviewed on: 19th May 2015
