Excellent all round account

I have remained with NatWest for 30 years, despite being savvy to switching providers when their service let me down. The NatWest Black Account has been played its part in my choice to remain. Excellent value for money

Marvellous savings on theatre & cinema tickets, great airport lounge access, good travel ins & rewards on your direct debits & credit card spending and no foreign fees on purchases abroad, all supported by the wonderful mobile banking app Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Receipt management

As a Premier (private) customer, I enjoy being able to manage my receipts in the app. I also appreciate the fact I get my own Premier branding in the app too because it makes me feel valued to be banking with NatWest! Reviewed on: 5th November 2018

Enjoyable service

Terrible

Whenever I try and use the benefits of this account I’m always disappointed. Mobile phone insurance, painfull to make a clam, then told to pay £100 excess, complete rip off! Twice tried to use club lounge at airport only to be told they are too busy to except NatWest customers, very embarrassing! In short they will take your £28 a month but don’t expect anything back.
