Black account is great, but a little pricey.

Black account is great, but a little pricey. I was lucky enough to get a £10/m discount, plus earn cash back on spends and bills, so really it mostly pays for itself. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

Not all it says

Be careful as a lot of the so called benifits are not as expected. A hailstorm breaking a windscreen has left me £1000's out of pocket as it was not classed as a breakdown. Don't take offers at face value Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

Generally a good service

A great service in terms of rewards, insurances and withdrawing money abroad. Saves us money. Dragon pass element totally useless and ads stress to holidays doesn't add value. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

Service level appalling

They believe 1 phone call a year is great service, I made a complaint and have not heard anything from them in over 2 weeks. They are fast becoming a laughing stock. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023
