Charges even though I transferred money

I get charged sometimes when debits come out, I get a text, transfer money. Sometimes I still get charged. My local Natwest has closed, so now I have to pay parking or get on public transport to speak to somebody at my bank. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

All that glitters...

I was rather sceptical about paying extra for this account but I am both relieved and pleased to say that it is worth it! I have saved time knowing that travel insurance is always there and covers me for plenty of years of travel. When I post my phone I remembered I already had insurance in place but most importantly I feel that I am part of a special group of people with a special little account, Golden!
