Great Value

I have for dogs so insurance can be expensive, however Animal Friends prices are very competitive and offer great value for money. They also provide 'all of life' cover which is essential if your pet gets diagnosed with a life long condition. My youngest dog, Bess ( a 3 year old black labrador) has just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and will need lifelong treatment but I know that I will always be able to finance her treatment as Animal Friends don't end your cover after a ... Following a paint spillage I had to make a claim on my insurance (the first one in about 20 years). I rang up the claims dept at Tesco and was expecting 101questions and realms of paper work - I couldn't have been more wrong. The lady I spoke to was friendly and sympathetic, she dealt with everything over the phone and my claim was sorted and settled within a week :) Reviewed on: 30th September 2017
