I ordered travel money from NatWest as their website...

I ordered travel money from NatWest as their website suggested that specific denominations were possible. I explained to the agent that I only wanted small bills and he advised that it wasn’t a problem although there may be a small variation. The currency was delivered promptly but the composition was nothing like I ordered and the notes are pretty useless.now. Don’t bother if you are in a similar position. Reviewed on: 9th October 2025

Natwest looks after the customer

I absolutely love the Natwest app, it's.so customer and ease of use focussed.. and it often.prompts you about new features. The latest is Travel Money.. the ability to open a foreign currency account that's linked to your existing currency account. You can quickly and easily transfer currency balances in the same account, and use your existing debit card abroad so you don't incur any transaction or exchange rate charges.. what a genius new service! A service that has gone from Very good to very poor

currency used to be clean bills delivered to home easily ordered on line. Now tough to find the service - think they want to drop it. No delivery to branch anymore or home. need to pick up at travel agency in out of way locations. Old notes that get refused in most countries. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Absolutely amazing

I was having some confusion about my bank account and a lady at the service sat with me and explained absolutely everything about the account and the names and the differences no matter how simple it complex the question was she helped me understand, also I’ve been logged out of my account multiple times the people on the call Center a have made it so easy to get back into my account and been so helpful Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Poor rate, even for existing customers

Poor rate compared to other financial providers, refused collection from bank without passport, despite having the card and pin I used to order the travel money. Will go elsewhere next time. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2017
